Taking out the garbage

Aug 22, 2005

We spent all of yesterday cleaning our apartment, and it kind of got out of hand. We ended up throwing what amounts to two large black plastic bags of clothes we don't use anymore and paper of various kinds which we no longer need. It's fantastic.

We also threw out our printer, we rarely use it, so the ink dries up between uses, and that is not good economy.

We have two chock-full rooms in the attic of “stuff”; “stuff” being things we haven't thrown away yet, even though we probably should with 90% of it. And we have to get through that before we move—if everything goes to plan—on October 1st next year to Universitetshaven. It's the kind of task likely to be procrastinated to the max, if one is not careful.
