0 Zero January

I have decided that January will be a 0 zero month, no days without training. Minimum training time is 30 minutes. Yoga and strength training does not count, only some sort of aerobic activity.

I’ve joined Fitness World now, so that might make it easier. Or harder. I’ll start doing strength training, so I foresee seriously sore muscles at times.
